Richmond American Homes is owned and operated by M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. According to 2006 & 2007 revenue, Richmond American is one of the top ten home builders in the United States. However, they are one of the worst home builders when it comes to quality and customer service.
Richmond American primarily conducts business in many different states across the U.S. but have a significant presence in Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Maryland, California, Northern Virginia, Arizona, and Utah. Their company headquarters is located in Denver, Colorado, where apparently they have a suspended business license.
Richmond American Homes have been poorly constructed for years. They find ways to cut corners and increase their profit margins on just about everything. If you do some searches for Richmond American on the internet, you can find countless complaints, videos, and web content of Richmond home owners who have been scammed by one of the most powerful home builders out there. Richmond feels as though they aren’t in the wrong on anything and that they bend over backwards to take care of their home buyers. This is a hoax, don’t believe a word that they say or you too will end up with a brand new home that is constructed poorly with no one to help you get things fixed but yourself.
